I am so sorry to hear of the death of Susan. The passing away of a loved one is always with much sorrow. May we have faith and confidence in the Bible’s promise of a time when pain, sickness and death are a thing of the past (Revelation 21:3, 4). My condolences are with the family at this difficult time.

Michael,
My sincerest condolences on the loss of your mom. Diane was a kind lady with a sweet soul. She had a great sense of humor and the patience of a saint especially when it came to some of your shenanigans over the years. Above all, she was a loving parent, your unconditional moral support, and a constant companion. May her memory be eternal.
With sympathy, Denise

Dear Michael,
It is with great sadness that I acknowledge our conversation about the passing of your mother and my very good friend and co-worker Diane Jaeger. There were many outstanding employees who worked in Indianapolis Reservations. However, Diane was an individual that gave 110% effort every day and I came to know her for the “top notch” employee that she was. When the company acquired Pacific Southwest Airlines (PSA), I was proud to select her as one of the agents to go to San Diego for two weeks to represent our office as they worked to help get our new company off the ground. It is with a heavy heart, that I extend my sincerest condolences to you and your family.
